The Brussels Natural History Museum can unfortunately be added to the growing list of institutions hit by the demand for rhino horn: A black rhino head was stolen on Tuesday by three people who managed to flee in a waiting car after being pursued by museum guards.

One of the word’s largest environmental organizations, World Wide Fund for Nature (WWF), made a most welcome statement in yesterday’s media release by opposing bail for rhino crimes – and acknowledging the fact that rhino horn has no medicinal properties.
